Fees for Summer 2010:

• CLP$7.000 (USD$14 app.) bed and breakfast per person, in family house.
• CLP$8.000 (USD$16 app.) bed and breakfast per person, in cabin.

Note: please be aware that only chilean currency (CLP, peso chileno) is accepted.

Also Included:

• 30 minutes to use computer with internet connection per person.
• Use of kitchen and utensils (cooking is not allowed in the bedrooms). They must be cleaned by those who used them.
  
• Hot water shower at any time.
• Information on boat trips to Isla de Muertos (island), Ventisquero Montt and Ventisquero Steffen (glaciers).

Additional Information:

• Shared bathrooms. They are cleean and disinfected. Laundry is not allowed in bathrooms.
  
• Rooms with beds of 1 space (1 person) and 1 1/2 spaces (2 person).
• Beds have natural sheep wool blankets hand-woven by Señora María.
  
• Breakfast with homemade bread and local fruits marmelade.
• Rooms must be left at noon or it will be understood that you will stay another night (and you will have to pay it!).
• Please take care to don't disturb other people with smoke, noise or drinking.
